Jeremy Scott Fitness Supplements | JSF Nutrition

If you have followed Jeremy Scott Fitness for any amount of time, you already know my approach to supplements.

Keep it simple.

Supplements should supplement the work. They should never replace the work.

Training consistently, eating enough quality protein, sleeping, staying hydrated and moving your body every day will always make up the foundation. But once those things are handled, the right supplements can make staying consistent a whole lot easier.

That is exactly why we created JSF Nutrition.

I wanted a place where my athletes, clients and followers could find the same basic products I recommend without having to sort through 900 different options and wonder what they actually need.

Here are a few of my personal staples:

1. Whey Protein

Protein is always near the top of my list because most busy adults simply don't eat enough of it consistently.

If your goal is to build muscle, maintain lean tissue while getting leaner or simply recover better from training, getting enough protein matters.

A shake isn't magic.

It's convenient.

And convenience matters when you're juggling work, kids, training and everything else life throws at you.

My tip is simple. Don't wait until the end of the day to realize you're 80 grams short on protein. Use a shake around training or between meals to make hitting your daily target easier.

2. Creatine

If you ask me for one performance supplement that belongs on almost everyone's short list, creatine is going to be there.

It's simple, easy to take and fits perfectly into the JSF philosophy of doing the basic things consistently.

My tip is to take it daily. Don't turn it into a complicated science project.

3. Hydrate+

Living and training in Scottsdale makes this one pretty obvious.

You can drink a ton of water and still feel flat when you're training hard, sweating heavily and spending time outside.

Hydration isn't just about water. Electrolytes matter too.

I like Hydrate+ around harder training sessions, conditioning days, outdoor workouts, travel and especially during the Arizona heat.

4. Collagen Peptides

Collagen is another staple I like adding into the overall nutrition plan, especially for adults who are training hard into their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond.

My philosophy has always been that I don't just want you looking fit.

I want you training for the next 20 to 30 years.

5. Daily Health Basics

Greens, Omega 3, multivitamins and other foundational products aren't as exciting as pre workout.

That's also kind of the point.

A lot of staying healthy and performing well is boring.

You do the boring stuff long enough and it starts producing some pretty exciting results.

That's really what Jeremy Scott Fitness Supplements and JSF Nutrition are about.

Not shortcuts.

Not miracle powders.

Not taking 27 different pills every morning.

Just quality supplements designed to make the fundamentals easier to execute consistently.

Train hard.

Eat like an adult.

Sleep.

Hydrate.

Get your protein.

Take your creatine.

Repeat that for years, not weeks.
