JSF Nutrition | Supplements for Strength, Muscle & Performance
I have been coaching people for a long time, and one thing hasn't changed.
People love making nutrition harder than it needs to be.
They'll spend three hours researching the perfect supplement stack while sleeping five hours, missing workouts and eating 70 grams of protein per day.
We do things differently at Jeremy Scott Fitness.
Handle the basics first. Then use supplements to make those basics easier.
That philosophy is exactly what JSF Nutrition is built around.

If you're overwhelmed and don't know where to start, I would keep your supplement stack extremely simple.
START WITH PROTEIN
If you're training consistently, protein should be one of the first things you get right.
Food comes first. Meat, eggs, fish, Greek yogurt and other quality sources should make up the majority of your protein intake.
But life gets busy.
That's where whey protein becomes useful.
Throw it in a shaker, drink it after training or use it when a normal high protein meal isn't realistic.
Simple.
ADD CREATINE
Next on my list is creatine.
This is especially important to me as I've gotten older because my entire training philosophy has shifted toward staying strong, muscular, athletic and hard to kill for as long as possible.
We're not training just to look good on Saturday night.
We're training so we can still lift, hike, sprint, play sports, travel and actually use our bodies decades from now.
Creatine fits perfectly into that approach.
DON’T IGNORE HYDRATION
If you've ever trained hard in Scottsdale during the summer, you understand this one quickly.
Hydration can impact how you feel before you ever touch a weight.
Water is the foundation, but people who train hard and sweat heavily also need to pay attention to electrolytes.
That's why Hydrate+ has become one of my favorite everyday JSF Nutrition products.
THEN BUILD AROUND YOUR NEEDS
Once those foundations are covered, you can start looking at products such as Collagen Peptides, Omega 3, Greens, Men's or Women's Multivitamins, Ease, Rest or a natural pre workout depending on your goals and lifestyle.
But remember this.
You probably don't need everything.
You need the right things that solve an actual problem for you.
If you struggle to hit your protein target, get protein.
If you train hard and want a simple daily performance staple, get creatine.
If you're sweating your face off training in Arizona, hydration becomes a bigger priority.
If you're looking to build out your overall daily health routine, start looking at the health and wellness products.
The best supplement plan is the one you can actually follow consistently.
That's the entire idea behind JSF Nutrition.
No fluff.
No magic.
Just supplements that support the work you're already doing.
