Too Busy to Be Healthy? 3 Easy Tips That Actually Work

All this makes getting fit and healthy, and also staying that way crazy hard!

Move More:
Even in Microbursts... Micro Dose Mobility and Workouts anywhere you can. You don’t need an hour at the gym (our group sessions in our facility are 30 minutes and many of our app workouts are the same).
Squeeze in movement throughout the day:
10-minute walks after meals
Take the stairs, park your car farther away to get steps in
Desk stretches and mobility work in 1-2 minute blocks
5-minute bodyweight circuits (push ups/squats/lunges)
It adds up fast and boosts energy, mood, and metabolism. Doing 10 push ups every hour for 5 hours of the day = 50 push ups x 7 days = 350 pushups do that weekly x 4 weeks = 1400 monthly pushups!!!
Protect Your Sleep Like Gold:
Aim for 6–7 hours of legit sleep.... 8 would be ideal but get a solid 6! A consistent bedtime/wake-up time is crucial. Cutting screen time 30–60 min before sleep will help as does a dark, cool bedroom. Sleep resets everything—mental clarity, immune function, even cravings.
Simplify Healthy Eating:
Have a busy schedule? Focus on the following:
Prepping 1–2 meals ahead of time (hello, leftovers!) BULK COOKING
Keeping protein, fiber, and healthy fats in each meal to stay full
Having grab-and-go snacks ready. (Jerky, Yogurt, Berries) No need to go gourmet—just consistent.
Have 3-5 easy go-to protein and veggie heavy meals you can whip up quickly.
