My Top Go-To Healthy Meals I Actually Enjoy!

My Favorite Quick, Go To Meals

Let me help make your life easier with these quick meal/snack ideas that are high-protein, low-carb and all geared for energy, muscle maintenance, and staying full longer.

Breakfast Ideas:

  • Veggie Omelet with Cheese:

    2–3 eggs + spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers + shredded cheese. Add avocado on the side.

  • Greek Yogurt Bowl:

    Oikos Triple Zero or Greek yogurt + chia seeds + a few berries + almond butter

  • Egg Muffins:

    Bake whisked eggs with chopped veggies, bacon, and cheese in a muffin tin.

Lunch Ideas:

  • Grilled Chicken Salad:

    Grilled chicken breast + leafy greens + cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta + olive oil & vinegar.

  • Lettuce Wraps:

    Ground elk or beef sautéed with onions, garlic, and spices, wrapped in butter lettuce.

  • Tuna or Salmon Salad Bowl:

    Canned tuna/salmon + celery + Greek yogurt or avocado mayo. Serve with cucumber slices or over greens.

Dinner Ideas:

  • Garlic Butter Shrimp with Zoodles:

    Sauté shrimp in garlic butter, serve over zucchini noodles. Top with parmesan or chili flakes.

  • Baked Salmon with Asparagus:

    Oven-baked salmon fillet with lemon + roasted asparagus and a drizzle of olive oil.

  • Turkey Meatballs with Roasted Veggies:

    Turkey meatballs with roasted broccoli and cauliflower. Add a low-sugar marinara sauce for flavor.

Bonus Snack Ideas:

  • Hard-boiled eggs

  • Cottage cheese with cinnamon or a few berries

  • Beef or turkey jerky ....Biltong is my fave
