Healthy Choices Start Here: Grocery Store Guide Made Easy

Fail to Plan ... Plan to Fail we all know the saying…

With that in mind I figured I would give you guys a quick easy grocery store list to take with you next time you hit the market.

The keys never change -Real Food, Protein and Produce is the bulk of what you buy. If you don't have junk food in the house it makes it much harder to eat it.

My Quick Busy Adult Grocery List:

  • PROTEINS:

    • Eggs

    • Chicken breast

    • Ground turkey or Bison

    • Salmon

    • Turkey sausage

    • Greek yogurt (plain)

    • Cottage cheese

    • Protein powder (JayLab is my go to)

    • Tuna (canned)

    • Ground Elk & Venison

    • Biltong Jerky

  • VEGGIES & FRUITS:

    • Spinach

    • Frozen Mixed Veggies

    • Blackberries & Blueberries

    • Zucchini

    • Lettuce (for wraps)

    • Cucumbers

    • Bell peppers

    • Asparagus

    • Apples

    • Cauliflower Rice

    • Carrots

    • Pickles

  • HEALTHY FATS:

    • Avocados

    • Olive oil

    • Coconut oil

    • Nuts (almonds, walnuts)

    • Chia seeds

    • Peanut Butter

  • EXTRAS:

    • Salsa

    • Cinnamon

    • Hummus

    • Stevia

    • Shredded Cheese

    • Golden Potatoes

    • Almond milk (unsweetened)
