Fail to Plan ... Plan to Fail we all know the saying…
With that in mind I figured I would give you guys a quick easy grocery store list to take with you next time you hit the market.
The keys never change -Real Food, Protein and Produce is the bulk of what you buy. If you don't have junk food in the house it makes it much harder to eat it.
My Quick Busy Adult Grocery List:
PROTEINS:
Eggs
Chicken breast
Ground turkey or Bison
Salmon
Turkey sausage
Greek yogurt (plain)
Cottage cheese
Protein powder (JayLab is my go to)
Tuna (canned)
Ground Elk & Venison
Biltong Jerky
VEGGIES & FRUITS:
Spinach
Frozen Mixed Veggies
Blackberries & Blueberries
Zucchini
Lettuce (for wraps)
Cucumbers
Bell peppers
Asparagus
Apples
Cauliflower Rice
Carrots
Pickles
HEALTHY FATS:
Avocados
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Nuts (almonds, walnuts)
Chia seeds
Peanut Butter
