This isn’t about being cold, it’s about being clear.
You’re Not Responsible for Everything
One of the most freeing realizations:
You are not responsible for:
Everyone’s happiness
Everyone’s outcomes
Everyone’s emotions
You can support people.
You can care deeply.
But you don’t have to carry it all.
What Happens When You Let It Go
When you stop carrying what isn’t yours:
You feel lighter
You think clearer
You have more energy
You show up better in your own life
And ironically you often help others more by not enabling them.
The Bottom Line

“Is this actually mine to carry?”
